Conquering Rolling Mountains
Christian Jay Sope Laya

It was Monday, the weather was fine. Mr. Sun radiates it shyness.

The executive convoy made his journey to a far-flung place. Our destination was quite far. The dust made our sight poor. The scenic view of the surrounding was remarkably awesome.

Allowing our senses to feel the moment, our eyes tried to tilt the 360 degrees. An all paid expense trip was indeed an awesome travel. Making me mesmerized about life and nature as I unveiled my hometown's innate beauty, a mantle above the Earth's surface.

The road was in its natural state but evidence of change was an imprint of progression. I can't imagine that in the farthest point of Alabel, concrete roads were accessible. Passing high terrain made me understand the life behind lights and noise of modernization.

An immediate feedback encompasses my common senses. A critical analysis of how the new administrators of our land doubled their maneuvering skills to provide a better life to the majority. This scenario not written in books opened my interpretive approach of viewing the deck far from imagination. A crystal that shone from the blossom of southern horizons, an action brought by the sudden change and blazing shift of time.

The narrow gateway, the opening of populace eyes. Many of us tried to reclaim a spot on higher ranks. Flourishing from a bloody flower of truth, a past painted in conflict. Peace reigns as the man of mirror project the struggling effort for amicability. An effort for peace, a long-term solution for a centenarian loophole.

Food gave relief to an empty stomach. A soup that medicates man's ill. Signages that make incorruptible bodies renewed strength.
